08/05/2016 Grace Jerk Food Festival (JerkFest) Southwest $20 - $29

JerkFest is an annual event celebrating jerk cuisine and Caribbean culture organized by not-for-profit organization Caribbean Promotions Arts & Culture Inc. It was initially started in 2002 to fill the void after the hype of Caribana and extend the Caribbean festive summer season. Ruben Studdard, season two winner of American Idol, has been added to the line up of the Grace International Jerk Food & Music Festival Friday night Love and R&B edition. JerkFest 2016 has a stellar music lineup on Saturday and Sunday that will be headlined by reggae legends Third World, with additional acts including Etana and L.U.S.T. Now in its 15th year, JerkFest has grown to be a staple calendar event in Toronto and draws thousands of visitors each year.
